ACC-201 | Adhesive Cell Contacting System
The “Adhesive Cell Contacting” system is a solar-cell tabbing system which automatically contacts solar cells and other bondable substrates to a ribbon. Number of bus-bars, contact ribbon size and type of contacting glue can be adjusted individually.
The machine can handle samples sized from 50 to 450 mm with a maximum thickness of 3 mm. Due to the low curing temperature and flexibility of ECAs, a wide range of cell technologies, from thin film to crystalline solar cells, can be bonded with this device.

CCM-601 | Multi Wire Contacting System
The “Cell Connection Manual”, is a manual tabbing device for the multi wire systems. CCM allows the forming of multi wire cell-tabs. Cell gap and contact grid are adjustable.
CSM-610 | Manual Stringing Table
The “Cell to String Manual” (CSM) is a hot plate for easy manual stringing and tabbing of solar cells. The temperature controlled surface is low adhesion coated and imprinted with a reference pattern. The plate temperature can be set up to 175°C to improve soldering quality. Cells and other functional parts kept in place by high-temp magnetic stripes. The CSM can be used to form strings of 10 cells.
SRM-610 | Multi Wire Repair System
The String Repair Manual (SRM) allows defective cells to be removed from an already connected multi wire string. In this way, strings with defective cells can be repaired and re-installed in a module.
